I am sure i am not the only one who was shocked and saddened by the sudden death of one of the most influential people in the world, she touched our hearts with her incredible gift, her voice.
And who can forget her acting skills, The Bodyguard, Preachers wife, Cinderella, Waiting to exhale, some of the amazing films she made. And i am looking forward to seeing the one she was working on before her sadden death "sparkle".
When i heard the news, i had one memory that kept replaying itself, its when me and my friend Esmie were in high school and were listening to i will always love you. We were singing along by the mirror. Trying to sing it as good as she did, and we were convinced we got it on lock.lol. Telling each other no, this way..that way...lets start again......lol...
She had an impact on all of us, in one way or another she touched us, and she will be greatly missed, but her music is here, its timeless. My deepest thoughts go out to her daughter, the rest of her family and friends.Rest In Peace Whitney Houston, We Will Always Love You.
